Loving your app too much… thank you so much for bringing it to Australia. The only negative I have is there is no location search… if you’re wanting something delivered quickly and only want the item posted from Australia, it would be so helpful to only search items from the location you’re wanting the item posted from are shown in your search. I’ve wasted so much time having to scroll through every item and then having to check the location of the item, only to find out it’s in the UK. But otherwise, keep doing what you’re doing… I love it!

I cannot begin to describe the simply indignant behaviour that I have encountered and been directly subjected to on this app. In only an hour, I was bullied and harassed, nearly scammed, falsely accused of bullying and harassment, and sent a warning by Vinted for behaviour I was reported for but did not actually commit. I a the seller who had advertised and item I was interested in for additional information, I was treated cruelly and subject to obvious attempts at intimidation, which I did not reciprocate but was falsely accused of doing in the act of being reported for bullying and harassment. I was sent a warning by Vinted which i appealed, but was then told i would have to wait a MINIUM of FIVE BUSINESS DAYS for a proper response. That is utterly ridiculous, especially for a company that prides itself on customer service I received a response from Vinted, and was told that they had not revoked the warning despite the fact that I clearly explained that I had been the one being bullied and harassed, for which I provided screenshots for evidence. The service on this site is atrocious, and the user on it are akin to that of gutter scum hoodlums— swift to bully and harass then report users to not take accountability for their own actions, and lying in reviews about users who are nothing short of atrocious by giving them 5 stars when they are absolutely vile human beings essentially luring unsuspecting users into a false sense of security!

I’ve sold a handful of items without issue. But vinted began to withhold funds and refuse to release them, and recently has refused payout for items that have been sent using vinted’s shipping label because “the wrong shipping label was used”. Googled it and found out this is a common issue and possibly a massive scam that Vinted is running!! Unfortunately the app provides absolutely zero way to get any resolution for these issues, as it just sends the same automated message saying their decision is final. I don’t know how this is legal and surely they will be getting some form of lawsuit for this fraudulent behaviour! I’m now without many items valued at over $100, and I’ve seen others more unfortunate who are out much more than this. I wish I’d looked into the app more before using it myself, but as it’s been a respected brand in the UK for so long, I didn’t think to look too deeply before using it myself. Absolutely shameful behaviour on vinted’s part which is very likely to land them in legal trouble. Crazy that there hasn’t been more news coverage or something about this!

I’ve had a seller not post the item after purchase. Buyers protection is great I know. I started writing feedback for the seller then changed my mind to wait for the automatic feedback. Because I skipped out the feedback box Vinted thinks I’ve already given my feedback and the seller does not get auto negative review and is free to do the same to someone else. Sellers have free 5 business days to ship the sold item plus weekends. I’ve had a seller ship 8-9 days after purchase. When I’ve bought and sold on eBay I’ve always had things shipped asap. Frustrating wait. If sellers no longer want to sell an item I’d rather know asap then be left hanging for a week. Sellers should also be made to include minimum amount of information and pictures. Some listings were terribly sparse. A lot of fake items on the app. Also, you’re penalised with the speeding shipping badge taken of you because of the postal system you cannot control
