The new PB app is a massive improvement in every way. The sleek, modern interface looks like something from this decade. It's so much easier to manage the finances and bank on the go now.The previous version of the PB app (PB Engage) scored an abysmal 1.5 stars on the App Store. This new app is a complete revamp that can help restore customers' trust.Suggestion: The new PB app currently doesn’t have the ability to view or download account statements. This is a crucial feature that needs to be added. All other major bank apps allow customers to quickly view monthly statements in the app itself and download them as needed

Update: Expected template reply from the developer. Good luck to Public Bank for keeping your “industry standard”dated 10 years ago. An ONLINE banking app that requires activation for transaction by queuing up or visit ATM in the name of security. Public bank has always been weak in online services, and still is. Look beyond and around you on how digital banks are functioning and you will know how irrelevant public bank has become and soon be obsolete. Good luck defending your dinosaur age process in this digital world! You will lose all the younger generations as your customers!

Worse banking app

Porting over from the old but at least functioning app. Can’t do anything without having to head down to branch, after heading down to branch to queue for hours and to verify, still have to head down to atm to verify again after few hours. We living in 1950? Simple transaction can’t be carried out. Can’t screen shot to show the issue. Basically a good example for other banks for what is a horrible banking app and user experience is. Can’t wait to refinance and bank with another bank once my contract is up!
