rustpython-literal pulls in std transitively via hexf-parse #9257

This crate is marked #![no_std]:

But one of its dependencies (hexf-parse, version 0.2.1) does not support no_std and pulls in std transitively:
RustPython/crates/literal/Cargo.toml
Line 18 in 657bab3
As a result, builds targeting bare-metal or other no_std-only targets fail to compile, even though the crate itself contains no direct std usage.

I would wait until https://crates.io/crates/hexf-parse has a new version and then add a comment. But an error occurred while snoozing: crate hexf-parse not found on crates.io

@youknowone this should be fixed in the next release of
hexf-parse.
