Request manual publication override for CVE-2026-92704 (GHSA-fr3v-rvqp-8fx3) #10402

Hello GitHub Advisory team,
I am contacting you regarding an ecosystem block stalling a CVE publication. github-staff successfully verified compliance and issued CVE-2026-92704 for GHSA-fr3v-rvqp-8fx3, but the automation is halting upstream sync because the project doesn't belong to a package manager directory (supported ecosystem).The vulnerability is completely fixed, publicly disclosed, and has valid reference endpoints. Could a database curator please perform a manual administrative push to transition this record from RESERVED to PUBLISHED on the global CVE list?
