Denied by preToolUse hook from ".github/hooks/rtk-rewrite.json" (hook errored) #5326

Describe the bug

Whenever i want to launch a copilot session in cloud i get this error
Denied by preToolUse hook from ".github/hooks/rtk-rewrite.json" (hook errored)

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.104

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Configure rtk-rewrite.json file as mentionned in read me
2. Launch a new copilot session in github
3. Ask it to change anything in code

Expected behavior

Cloud sessions works correctly without permission denied by hook error
