reprlib.Repr has no __repr__ #161295

Description

Feature or enhancement

I was looking at #161289 and noticed that, ironically, reprlib.Repr objects don't have a custom __repr__ themselves:

>>> import reprlib
>>> reprlib.Repr()
<reprlib.Repr object at 0x7f7fffcb2990>

Of all the objects in the standard library, I'd probably expect this one to have a nice-looking __repr__, given that it's literally called Repr. I don't feel strongly about this, so if others have objections, feel free to speak up. But otherwise, this seems like a fairly simple, sensible improvement given the context.
