Browser-based ~REPL~ Playground

Implementing a racketscript REPL that runs in the browser could form the basis of a playground that could allow for easseful discovery of racketscript-specific gestures and for prototyping -- e.g. printing to console.log, creating DOM elements, etc.

Would be glad to make consider making an attempt at this

It may be interesting to consider a gesture like racks playground that would run a local server for that hosts the playground.
