Drop obsolete sed workaround and make build args global
The build failed with: sed: /workdir/derive-impl/Cargo.toml: No such file or directory That step rewrote the __doc__ dependency from git to a local path. It was added in dea5c31 for RustPython 0.3.x, when the derive crate lived at the repository root. In 0.6.0 it moved to crates/derive-impl, and the workaround is obsolete regardless: rustpython-doc is now a workspace path dependency (crates/doc) and Cargo.lock contains no git sources. Because sed -i on a missing file exits 1, this failed every platform in the matrix -- arm/v6 merely ran first. Two latent bugs in the final stage turned up while verifying this: * org.opencontainers.image.version and org.label-schema.version were empty. The ARGs were declared after the first FROM, which scoped them to the builder stage, so their defaults never reached the final stage. Declaring them before the first FROM makes them global; each stage re-declares the ones it uses. * The SBOM shipped a literal ${RUST_PYTHON_VERSION}, because a quoted heredoc delimiter disables interpolation. The JSON body contains no other $ or \ character, so unquoting is safe. Verified with a full native amd64 build: image.version and ref.name read 0.6.0, the SBOM is valid JSON carrying "versionInfo": "0.6.0", the binary runs, and the arm/v6 toolchain installs and builds under QEMU.
