Struct ReloadHandle

A handle to a running server’s reloadable certificate sources. Obtained from Server::reload_handle and used (e.g. from a SIGHUP handler) to pick up renewed certificates without a restart: it clears the ACME cache and re-reads any static certificate files.

All fields are Arc-backed, so the handle is cheap to clone and Send + Sync — it can move into a watcher thread.

Reload every source. Best-effort: it attempts all of them and returns the first error (only the static file re-read can fail; the ACME cache clear cannot).
