Detect missing control-keyword spacing at the start of a line - #479
Detect missing spaces before control-statement parentheses at column zero or after whitespace. Preserve comments as token separators, ignore strings and conditional directives, and retain diagnostics in macro bodies. Add regressions, updated Codelite output, and a changelog entry.
Validation: Python 3.14 and 3.15 each pass 480 tests with five Windows platform skips. Python 3.14 coverage is 96.75%; pylint, mypy, and scoped hooks pass. The line-ending check ran read-only for this Windows checkout.
