All built-in themes shipped
laf.mode = light, so dark themes neverinstalled FlatDarkLaf. The theme's look-and-feel also was updated only after
the first Editor window was already constructed, so its menu bar
kept the colors stamped by FlatLightLaf at birth.
This change sets
laf.mode = darkfor dark themes, and makes the theme's look and feel install before any window is constructed.
