Start with a project’s README and its documented limitations. Use that repository’s issues for bug reports and its pull requests for proposed changes. Build and test instructions live alongside the code; CI is available in the Actions tab where configured.
These projects are at different stages of development. A draft standard or a single component should not be treated as a complete deployed platform.
