Lovely bag

I chose this because the company advertised sustainability. ("Our mission is to challenge throwaway culture in the umbrella industry through conscious, design-led products that are made to last, and made to be loved.") Unfortunately, the construction is the same breakage-prone 8-rib construction as any cheap drugstore umbrella, and one thin metal rib snapped at a rivet within the 2-yr warranty period. They told me that the ribs aren't covered under warranty (!!!) but did offer a one-time replacement. They did not have any way to repair or recycle the broken umbrella. Basically a greenwashed product that is not BIFL.

Its roomy, strong but light, and so easy to fold up into its little pouch in my bag when not needed. Love it! Pretty design too.

Fantastic product, very neat and utterly charming

I ordered my duck umbrella as it reminded me of one my parents bought me one Christmas many years ago and although it is super cute it is quite lightweight so I’m not sure how it will hold up on a windy, wet day, the only thing I’m not overly happy about is the paint work on the beak, I have only used the umbrella a couple of times and all other times it sits in a side pouch of my rucksack and already the paint has started to chip I would have expected it to last a little longer than a couple of months.
