Serialize sets and frozensets as JSON arrays when
IM_ANY_ITERABLEis active, matching the documented default. KeepIM_ONLY_LISTSrejection and custom default handlers covered; collection ordering follows the set iterator.Fixes #168.
Validation: 24 new regression failures before the fix, with 24 strict-mode controls passing. After rebuilding the extension, the full suite passes 1248 tests, with 17 conditional skips and 2 expected failures.
